Members receive priority booking, full access to the Wild Ways Digital Resource Library, ongoing email support, up to four video reviews per month for videos under three minutes, and 10% off virtual follow-up consultations. Email support is intended for behaviour-related clarification questions, homework guidance, and brief progress updates, while more complex concerns or in-depth case planning may require a follow-up consultation. Members also receive a discounted annual virtual check-in to review progress, discuss any new concerns, and keep their behaviour plan on track.

Video reviews are intended for brief feedback on previously discussed behaviours and training exercises. Each submission is limited to three minutes, with a maximum of four video submissions per month.
